Since corporate restructuring has become a common practice undertaken by firms for surviving an increasingly fierce business environment, understanding its impact is crucial for the success of any organization. For understanding its impact the performance of the organization pre and post date must be studied. thT performance of the organization having other variables controlled is mainly affected due to the different types restructuring conducted in organizations.
