Pertaining to the personal and professional development of comenius assistants, it is secure to speak of the impact of the Erasmus+ Comenius Assistantship Programme concerned as follows: Professional and personal development: Comenius Assistantship proved to be of highly effective programme, a project thoroughly designed to foster the personal and professional development of prospective teachers. Almost all Comenius Assistants confirmed the value of the teaching period abroad on their maturity: the younger the assistants, the higher their benefits.

Kemal BA CI est né à Tokat, en Turquie. Il a travaillé comme professeur d'anglais en Turquie et à l'étranger. En 2008, il a été recruté par l'Agence nationale - Ministère de l'UE, pour coordonner les programmes Erasmus. Il a travaillé comme coordinateur de la mobilité des jeunes dans le cadre d'Erasmus+. Il a publié deux livres, African Tales et Rüya ve Kültür, ainsi que plusieurs articles.
