Impact of group decision making in project implementation

Effective implementation of projects in an organization requires that decisions made are in the best interest of the organization and the concerned stakeholders. Consequently, the management habitually finds it useful to consciously choose a particular decision-making style that befits their context, while creating the needed level of support and commitment from all members of the project teams.
