Practicing a novel culture concerning to Human Resources is vital for any organization to make it more productive, sustainable, and to gain competitive advantage. Amongst many HRM practices and their underlying factors, HRD Climate is unique and quite imperative. HRD Climate consists of three constructs, viz., General climate, HRD Mechanisms and OCTAPACE Culture. Further, organizations need to understand the impact of HRD Climate on employee Job Satisfaction and should design their HR policies accordingly. This book explain about the prevailing HRD Climate in cement manufacturing units located in Rayalaseema region of A.P., and the impact of HRD Climate on Job Satisfaction of the employees.
