Impact of implementation of e learning in an organization

This e learning project involves consideration of both individuals and organizational issues. The different parameters considered under the study includes overview of e learning, impact on employees, impact on training the organization, impact on technology management in the organization and e learning tools. If set in right path, e learning would be a wonderful opportunity to the organization as well as the employees as it could introduce many new techniques by taking the advantage of the technology.
