It is found that there is significant positive co-relation between personality traits of neuroticism, agreeableness dimensions with academic stress, whereas openness and conscientiousness personality traits are negatively correlated to the academic stress of college students Extraversion trait there is no correlation with academic stress. Extroversion and openness was not any correlation with self-efficacy among college students, where as neuroticism, conscientiousness are negatively related to the self- efficacy of college students. Agreeableness negatively and significantly correlated with self-efficacy. Neuroticism, openness, agreeableness and conscientiousness are significant predictors of academic stress of college students, where as extroversion is not significant predictor of academic stress of college students. Agreeableness significantly predicts the self-efficacy of college students, whereas neuroticism, openness, extroversion, and conscientiousness are not significant predictors of the self-efficacy of college students.
