This book is about the relationship between personality characteristics and menopause crises. Menopause is a physical, psychological and biological transition that women experience as they age. The mean age of menopause was reported to be 51 years.This book looks at the concept of menopause, stages of menopause and the big five personality traits and their influence on menopause crises.
