Impact of Project Management on Business Performance

Project Management (PM) has been with man for ages, from the construction of the pyramids to the construction of the International Space Station. This study looks into the current banking situation of in Nigeria; this study also investigates how project management techniques can be used to improve the banking industry in Nigeria. The first bank of Nigeria was the focal point of this study, this study crucially analyzed the project management techniques and strategies adopted in First bank Nigeria and how this has affected her performance.
