We got to know about today's era regarding how consumer behavior has changed in accordance to shopping culture that has completely changed from shopping to different retail store to shopping at mall which avails everything under one roof and gives the convenience of one stop shopping hence people are gravitating more towards shopping at mall as it offers different brands, air- conditioned atmosphere, cleanliness, food. This study focuses on various attribute of shopping mall that is parking facility, atmosphere, variety of stores for different needs, and the most important time saving which impact people's preferences or choice. There are various factors that are company image in the market, how the salesmen persuade their customer, company leaflet, what offers they avail to their customers also affects people's choice that makes people shop at mall. The main objective of the study is to examine how the key factors, dimension of fulfillment, shopping mall administration procedures impact purchaser conduct and to breakdown buyers shopping experience in malls.
