Impact of supervisor leadership behavior on employee job performance

The supervisors are immediate leaders over the operational level employees. In various studies, supervisor leadership behaviors were evaluated in order to interpret their influence on organizational commitment and job performance of the employees. This book consists with findings of scientific investigation of the relationship between supervisor leadership behaviors (Directive, Achievement Oriented, Supportive and Participate) and organizational commitment and its ultimate impact on turnover intention and job performance of operational level employees.
