Impact of topic work on students' motivation

This study is focused on education, specifically: in teaching methodology, its impact on the student's motivation, theoretical analysis of topic work and to highlight its value in terms of the Albanian school today.In recent years in Albania, as in all areas, numerous changes have taken place in education.This requires that our educational system should be reformed in a way in which can guarantee equal opportunities.It is understood that this goal in Albanian schools cannot be achieved immediately, but through concrete work in the classroom. Besides the changes in methodology improvements of education technology should improve and change the ways of motivating students to learn in this environment.

Shqipe Haxhihyseni is lecturer of Teaching Methodology and Curriculum Development at the Department of Pedagogy, Faculty of Education University of Durresi, Albania. She is author of several scholarly texts books and educational articles. She got Doctorate degree in Education at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Social Sciences.
