Impact of training and development on student's employability

It was found college students lack necessary skills which make them employable in worldwide market. In India, still institutes are bridging the gap between corporate and college. Training and Development plays a vital role in honing the employability skills of the students. Training and development improves eight dimensions which include interactive skills, problem-solving, decision making skills, continuous learning orientation, enterprising skills and other analytical skills. Training and development also inculcate the seeds of ethical leadership and incorporate goal-oriented behavior in students. With the help of this book the author will try to touch all the necessary aspects of training and development which make students more employable.
