Biplab Sarkar a rural youth completed his post graduate in Local Governance from Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development. Earlier he worked as national service volunteer in NYKs under Ministry of Youth affairs and Sports. At present he is working in one Rural NGO as social worker.
