Work-life balance is one of the most common workplace challenges, and it costs both organizations and individuals considerably. Employees that have a poor work-life balance are at a higher risk of burnout. Burnout manifests itself in mood swings, frustration, and a drop in work performance. Work-life balance has traditionally been defined solely in terms of work and family obligations. Aside from those two perspectives, many other factors influence work-life balance, with each person placing a different value on the various factors. This book investigates the impact of work-life balance elements on female SQA personnel's career advancement in the IT industry. Organizational support, work arrangements, career aspiration, and family support all have a significant impact on female SQA personnel's career advancement. To achieve work-life balance and professional growth for female SQA employees, employers should use the findings of this study to implement programs focused on the priorities that have the most influence.
