Impacts of pesticide use in the Rio das Antas micro-basin

The Rio das Antas is responsible for supplying water to the city of Bueno Brandão-MG. In the sub-basin that gives rise to this river, conventional potato and strawberry cultivation predominates, characterized by intensive use of pesticides and mechanization. Thus, the objective was to analyze the influence of pesticide use in potato and strawberry crops on the water quality of the Rio das Antas, taking into account how producers manage their crops.
