Impediments Faced By Degree Holder Female In Acquisition Of Job

There is no shortage of academically sound and professionally trained female Teachers in the schools but teaches are not given salary according to their Qualifications. Because of unemployment and unavailability of the posts some highly qualified female teachers are compelled to work on C.T. posts. As a result they are suffering from difficult economic circumstances and the salaries are not in accordance with their needs. The importance of education is quite clear. Education is the knowledge or putting one s potentials to maximum use.
