Implementation Issues of Title Registration Program

Title registration system has been passed in Sri Lankan parliament since 1998. But, still there are many problems rise while implement this title registration island wide especially in post war areas. Sri Lanka was in a war situation for many years so peoples migrated due to the war, while they come back to their own land the confirmation of their registration on land has so many issues. And rehousing projects also have raising many disputes on Title registration. To enjoy their land without any disputes Title registration must be implemented.
