At present there is a rapid development of electronics and microelectronics, this has led to all areas of human life are being automated, for example: industry, home, commerce, agriculture, livestock, transportation, communications, etc.. In all this process of automation, the microprocessor and the microcontroller play a very important role. These have allowed the development of intelligent systems that are able to solve the most diverse problems, and are called Data Acquisition Systems. The basic objective of the Data Acquisition Systems is the unification of the different resources that integrate it such as: Transducers, multiplexers, amplifiers, A/D and D/A converters, memories and external ports and creating with all this a system that is in charge of a specific application as for example, is to check some variables (PH, relative humidity, temperature, illumination, electrical tension, concentration, etc) for a later use of the same one already be with results for educational, scientific, of storage or control and use of the same one.
