This book describes the steps before implementing seven step approach of KK pillar and its implementation process. KK pillar looks into primarily involved losses related to the equipment's. KK Pillar also deals with all the losses and analyzes them by using various Quality Control (QC) tools like Pareto chart and come up with suggestions that need to be implemented to reduce recurring losses. KK is aimed at improving production effectiveness by systematic identification and elimination of losses using various Kaizen tools (PM analysis, 5-Why analysis, Summary of losses, Kaizen register, Kaizen summary sheet, etc.).
