Implementation of the 5S Method

This work shows an implementation of the quality and safety management method called 5S, for the Coating Manufacturing Workshop of the company Aster Chile Ltda. The objective is to maintain conditions of safety, cleanliness and order inside the company, to improve the processes according to the needs of the company and supported by the implementation of this proposal for improvement, allowing each of the workers to perform their tasks more efficiently. The final proposal contemplates a solution to the deficiencies found in the workshop once the diagnosis was made: Recognition of the achievement of objectives, with the participation of the workers and surveyed by means of a survey.
