The purpose of this book is to orient the reader on the aspects related to software-defined networks, highlighting the elements corresponding to their architecture. This is followed by a description of the operation of virtual machines, as environments where software-defined networking services will be deployed. Finally, a detailed explanation of the installation of a cloud computing service called Openstack is developed. This cloud computing service will allow readers to experience the configuration and deployment process, providing a guided experience that will allow them to implement an advanced service.
