Implementing Motivational Strategies to Curb Organizational Inequity

This work has been prepared to address the organisational inequity in the conventional retail banking sector in order to raise the motivation and improve the productivity of the employees in such important sector. The work offers a good number of practical motivational and participative strategies to the leaders in the conventional retail banking sector to enable them to establish a practical and productive working environment.
