Importance of Contemporary Records in Successful Resolution of Claims

Rising propensity to dispute in UAE construction industry during the current economic slowdown, due to disagreements on contractor's claims for improper substantiation, and insufficient records, encourages to conduct study with the objective of identifying ideal approach for record keeping, contractual claim procedure, and substantiation by analyzing the significance of contemporary records, identifying its requirement, exploring its necessity, and determining its impact on successful resolution of claims based on FIDIC in UAE.
