Importance of Leadership for Successful Project Management

The role of the Leadership can no more be ignored while discussing the outcomes and results of the various projects and their accomplishment within the Scope, Time and Cost of the projects. Therefore this study will be helpful for the leaders particularly for the Project Managers & Directors working in both Private and Public Sector Organizations to accomplish their tasks and projects successfully.The investigation and critical analysis of the various variables about the character of the Leadership towards successful Project Management has clarified that the Leaders must possess certain skills to lead the teams and people & to achieve the ultimate goal.Only the Technical Skills are not enough for successful Project Management,but certain Human Skills play vital role for being a TRUE Leader and are a must for the success of the Project Management.This study will also aid the Planners during the Planning Phase of the projects. It will definitely lend a hand in identifying the leaders for different projects in diversified atmosphere and to ensure the success of the complex projects.
