Improvement in Endothelial dysfunction with Antioxidants

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in patients lead to Endothelial Dysfunction, which is observed in initial stages of atherosclerosis. This leads to complications like myocardial infarction and cerebrovascular accidents.This book therefore provides a new way to detect endothelial dysfunction in non-invasive way. This book is focused mainly on SLE patients with changes in endothelial dysfunction. Endothelial dysfunction is indicator of atherosclerosis. Antioxidants like N-acetyl cysteine and Atorvastatin showed improvement in endothelial dysfunction.
