Improvement of methods for substantiating the stability of rock dumps

The monograph is submitted on 48 pages, contains 8 figures, 6 tables, 34 sources, 3 applications.Work is devoted to the actual problem of dump formation in the enrichment of coalmines of the Karaganda basin in the conditions of the Central Federal district F "Vostochnaya".The object of the study is a rock dump formed from coal enrichment waste on a dedicated land allotment.The purpose of the work is based on the obtained materials and additional exploration work, theoretical knowledge to carry out research and determine the parameters of stability and the maximum height of the waste dump of the Central Processing Plant "Vostochnaya".The monograph presents the results of analytical reviews on the formation of rock dumps in the extraction of solid minerals and enrichment. The factors determining the stability of rock dumps are described, the engineering-geological characteristics of the bases and the conditions for the formation of rock dumps, the lithological composition and characteristics of the rocks composing the bases of dumps, the physical and mechanical properties of the dump mass for research and modeling of the stability of dumps are given.
