"In the process of teaching and learning the teacher has a great responsibility about the students who are being taught. He or she need to act as a facilitator and a guide. Teacher should consider the diverse nature of the students in order to have a well-managed effective teaching learning situation. Sometimes although the teacher is well prepared for the lesson, due to some difficulties with the children who are being taught, the teaching process may get disturbed. In such situations teacher should pay attention towards the problem and necessary to take remedial measures. If we let the problem continuously arises it will badly effect on the teaching -learning process."
