This research sought to examine the impact of the incentives and labor turnover in the government of Zimbabwe with particular focus on the Ministry of Education, Sports, Arts and Culture. The research specifically focused on the metropolitan province of Harare. The research that was influenced by the ERG Theory of Motivation intended to establish the level of impact that the availability of motivating resources did cause This was in view of the serious economic crisis that was experienced in Zimbabwe during the period under review when professionals were leaving the country to seek greener pastures. However, the study indeed did establish the impact of incentives on labor turnover in the Ministry of Education in Zimbabwe.
Autorentext
Obediah Dodo holds a Master's degree in Peace and Governance and is currently a doctoral candidate in the area of African Politics. He has been in the field of governance for over 17 years having spent some time in national Intelligence security, national election management and now a Lecturer at Bindura University of Science Education.
