The presence of significant number of impacted third molars means there is a need to have more specialised personnel with good surgical skills and improvement in the necessary armamentarium. The results of this study can be used as baseline data for future studies involving impacted third molars.

She has completed Masters and bachelors in dental surgery from M.A.Rangoonwala Dental College, Pune. She has also done her PGDEMS from Inamdar Hospital ,Pune,India. She has 7 International peer-reviewed publications and co-author of 1 book.
