Inclusion in the Primary English Classroom through gamification

The main topic of the present work is the study and application of gamification in the English teaching/learning process to foster inclusion in Primary Education. Therefore, a research about the meaning of these two main concepts (gamification and inclusion) has been carried out. Furthermore, the main elements and strategies that are going to be implemented in the English class to fulfil this objective have been analysed. This theoretical knowledge serves as a basis for designing a proposal where gamification is applied in the 5th grade English class in order to promote the inclusion of the whole group of students.
Autorentext
Sofía Arnáiz Jiménez was born in Soria in 1996. She studied the Primary Education degree, at the University of Valladolid, specialising in "Foreign Language: English" and "Foreign Language: French". Since childhood, she was interested in education, which is why she carried out the present work.
