Incorporation of copra meal in diet formulation of marine fish species

Utilize copra meal in fish feeds to reduce the production cost for sustainable mariculture. Logistics to mariculture sites such as in floating cages (Makongeni) may hinder the feeding frequency. Careful consideration should be undertaken on the crude protein content in relation to the feeding frequency of carnivorous and herbivorous fish. Is there need for any further research on copra meal and its effect on fish growth before incorporation in fish diets?
