INCORPORATION OF RISK AND DISASTER MANAGEMENT

This work will provide an operational technical instrument for the incorporation of Risk Management in the municipal Integral Territorial Development Plans, from its analysis and prioritization, establishing participation mechanisms, to finally include Risk and Disaster Management in the municipal Integral Territorial Development Plan, with the participation of all actors, from municipal officials to community residents; capable of ensuring the reduction of hazards and vulnerability factors, thus contributing to the sustainable development of the municipality and the population. This is not a recipe, but rather a methodology to be analyzed and practiced by consensus.
