Child trafficking is a problem that is sweeping the world today and India is a major perpetrator in allowing this heinous crime to continue in silence within its boarders.Children, born of laughter and innocence are shackled into this modern day form of slavery and let to have their futures snatched from them.This research throws light on the actions of all those involved in this multi billion dollar industry.It studies the ways of the trafficker, the victim and outlines laws put in place to protect children.It also throws light on the glaring gaps existing in the present day national laws in India and gives recommendations for the same.Let us all unite to save the future generation.
