Komal Dhanda é uma aluna da Universidade de Deli, de onde obteve o seu diploma de graduação e pós-graduação. Tem 5 anos de experiência académica e publicou numerosos artigos de investigação em revistas de renome. Tem apresentado em muitas conferências realizadas no IIM raipur, IIT roorkee, IMT Ghaziabad, Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, Espanha.
