Indigenous rights

The collective rights of indigenous peoples and communities are specified in section A of art. 2 of the Mexican constitution, are rights that individuals can enjoy by virtue of belonging to an indigenous community: Right to recognition as an indigenous people or community, and just as indigenous rights are enshrined in our country's magna carta in most Latin American countries there is also this recognition of ethnic groups.
