INDO-US STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP:

The study attempts to thrash out the Indo-US strategic partnership that how both the states collaborated and is collaborating strategically, in terms of past and current strategic environment in South Asia. The study dwells deterrence stability/instability in the context of past and present strategic dynamics in South Asia. The main focus of the study is to analyze Indo-US civilian nuclear deal' and its most likely ramifications and impacts on deterrence stability in South Asia.

Muhammad Sadiq is currently a faculty member in the Department of Defence and Strategic Studies, Quaid-I-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan. His area of work includes Contemporary Strategy, Arms Control and Disarmament and Nuclear Non-Proliferation. He holds M.Sc and M.Phil degrees in Defense and Strategic Studies.
