Indonesian Legal System

The legal system of Indonesia is distinct from the legal systems used in other nations because it was developed independently as a country. In accordance with the legal system of Continental Europe, sometimes known as Civil Law, Indonesia's judicial system operates. This is evident when looking at the history and politics of law, legal sources, and the structures that govern law enforcement. Countries in Europe, such as the Netherlands, France, Italy, and Germany, are among those that employ this method.
