Indusrial Relations of Cement Sector in Bangladesh

Industrial sector is the largest sector of the economy of Bangladesh. For this reason, development of this sector is very much essential. Mongla cement factory is a famous cement company in Bangladesh. In this factory, there is a good interrelationship among workers, managers and government. There is a strong trade union as well as a good disciplinary action in this factory. Mongla cement factory is one of the largest cement factories in Bangladesh which contributes a huge amount to the economy of our country every year. The book is divided into four chapters. First one is introduction, second one is industrial relations in Mongla cement factory, third one is finding and analysis and fourth one is recommendations and conclusion.
