Industrial electrical networks

The purpose of industrial electrical networks is to supply industrial equipment such as electric motors, lighting and various production machines, etc. They are made up of a large number of lines, cables and electrical delivery stations, as well as protection, control and sectioning devices. At the beginning of this course, we will find it useful to define the different abbreviations and symbols to help read the different diagrams. Then, we will expose the different architectures of the industrial electrical networks. Then, we will present the different disturbances and neutral regimes in an industrial electrical network. End this course with a study of the dimensioning of the different components of this network such as the section of the conductors, the size of the circuit breakers and the power of the transformers used.

Hocine Guentri est maître de conférences au centre universitaire Abdelhafid Boussouf de Mila, Algérie. En 1996, il a obtenu son diplôme d'ingénieur en électrotechnique de l'université Ibn Khaldoune de Tiaret. Il a défendu son Magister en 2014 et son doctorat en électrotechnique en 2018, de l'Université Djillali Liabes de Sidi Bel Abbes, Algérie.
