Influence of Motivation on Nigerian Business Educators Job Performance

This research work titled: Influence of Motivation on Nigerian Business Educators` Job Performance is an empirical study conducted in selected States in Nigeria. It is suitable for employers of labour, heads of organizations and researchers all over the world. It is made up of five chapters explaining in clear terms the introduction,review of related literature, methodology, data analyses and interpretations and the final chapter that deals with the summary, conclusion and recommendations. The research work critically examined the best way to motivate employees in an organization of any kind, especially those in higher institutions of learning. It has in it findings the suitable motivation factors for employees in organizations putting into consideration the gender of the employees

Joseph Odia was brought into the planet earth on the 24th day of January, 1980, by the family of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Orunuebho Odia of Ujiogba in Edo State of Nigeria. He holds NCE, BSc.Ed and M.Ed, all in Business Education. He is also a Graduate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management(Chartered). He is happily married with a children.
