In addition, this relationship is explored because organizational context factors are less examined as predictors of training transfer and organizational members attached meaning to key organizational characteristics such as policies, reward systems, and managerial behaviors on the basis of their personal values, beliefs, needs and other individual characteristics. Organizational climate means individual perceptions about salient characteristics of the organizational context.
