This book examines the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. A study was conducted to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at World Renew Kenya, and was guided by three research objectives namely; to establish the influence of teamwork-oriented culture on employee performance, to establish the influence of communication culture on employee performance and to establish the influence of employee relations culture on employee performance. The study findings revealed a positive relationship between teamwork-oriented culture and employee performance, teamwork allows employees to improve their skills and learn ways to coexist with different people. A positive relationship between communication culture and employee performance was established in the study. Effective communication promotes understanding and facilitates better decision making. The study also revealed that employee's relations culture positively impacts organization performance by facilitating the motivation of employees and effective communication. The study concluded that organizational culture has a positive influence on employee performance.
