Influence of the quality of technical records

The present research was developed with the objective of determining the influence of the quality of the technical files of public investment in the social development of the province of Virú -2015. The type of study is non-experimental, the study design is causal transectional correlational and the research methods applied were deductive and descriptive. We worked with a sample of 75 officials of the Provincial Municipality of Virú; two questionnaires were used in which the validity of content was determined, submitting them to the judgment of 07 experts who rated the wording, relevance, coherence, adequacy and comprehension. Based on this qualification, a table was prepared with the scores given by the judges, and two methods were used to measure validity: Aiken's V. test, with which the items of the two variables obtained a Valid result; and Lawshe's content validity ratio, by which the items of the two variables reached perfect Validity. The construct validity was applied to the questionnaires using SPSS V23 statistical software.
