Information and learning commons model

This research was done in Jimma university. The research have basically lay assessing or evaluating the existing reference desk and based on that it decides weather there is a need to shift to new learning center. so based on the data gathered and interviewed the researcher concluded there must be a need to bring paradigm shift by adopting Information and learning commons model so for institution to use as a base line the researcher had developed framework that can be used as a baseline.
