Organizations are today challenged by the ever-increasing speed of change, be it in the form of customer demands, global rivalry or rotation of employees. Therefore fundamental to company survival is its ability to handle these changes. To satisfy this need, organizations of today turn to a multitude of different methods and tools. One of these is the LEAN method, used by companies to improve efficiency. The use of the method can have effects in organizations, however to meet the desired goals and also surpass them it is necessary to optimize its use. This can be accomplished through the use of information management. This book has clarified how this is possible.
