Information Representation and Extraction

Development of Automatic Question Answering System where the main functionality of the system is to automatically generate accurate and exact answers for the given questions based on the Ontology. Here, the knowledge-based representation is in the form of Ontology and our system enables the user to ask the questions and extract the answer. Once the user asks the questions, these questions are syntactically and semantically analysed into different subtopics. The queries on the questions are automatically generated with the help of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and with the help of Information Retrieval. This is done where the answer to the given question is extracted from Ontology using these queries.
