INFORMATION SYSTEM AND PUBLIC RELATIONS IN SPORT

The Management Information Systems facilitate effective communication between the organization and its public. The purpose of this work was the development of a Management Information System for the strengthening of Public Relations in the Regional Institute of sports in the state of Cojedes. The results of the diagnosis allowed to detect weaknesses in ecommunication between the sports organization and its public, which has degraded social climate, the commitment of workers; and externally, the loss of good institutional image. Therefore, the need for the development of a Management Information System has been justified as an effective means to allow institutional projection and organizational communication flow.
