This unique collection of essays explores the intricacies of how the Internet has changed the way we currently approach international security, civil society, and economic development. MICHAEL J. MAZARR is an adjunct Professor in the Security Studies Program at Georgetown University and President of a nonprofit organization dealing with leadership issues. He has been a Senior Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and President & CEO of the Henry L. Stimson Center. He is the author of 10 books and numerous essays on international affairs.
