Technological development of our country suffered a lot as it is affected in several ways. Technical Education has a supreme importance for the economic and industrial development. Hence there is some distinction between vocational education, industrial education and technical education, and distance education is that which emphasizes on the learning of techniques is needed to the proper tapping of utilizing the human resources.
