Infrastructure Organization using Reinforcement Learning

This book introduces a new view on traffic control and infrastructure organization towards a smarter future. The research includes training reinforcement learning models that have the goal of controlling traffic lights, adding/removing roads and lanes, building/destroying intersections and infrastructure with one goal in mind: building a city that's green, livable for humans and fast for vehicles.

I'm a Humgary-based university lecturer/researcher in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. The research in this book was a big part of my life, and not only includes ground-breaking research but also reflects who am I as a person.
